Cards and Bows! Yes, it is never too early to start thinking about Christmas when it comes to card making and crafting. I love sharing card ideas with all my friends, and this is the time of year when I make lots and lots of cards. I volunteer at a local food ministry, and I have been making their Christmas cards for the last 5 years or so. It is a real blessing to me and I hope to all that receive the card. I have 170 to make this year along with some sets of cards for a craft show. So...I better get going.
Even with all the holidays upon us, birthdays still happen. Wouldn't this be cute for a December birthday with Christmas Designer paper? Hmmm...I just might have to try that.

Peace on Earth - Can you see the sparkly paper? It's an easy, fun technique.

It's easy, fun and so cute.
Beautiful cards, Marilyn. I especially like Peace on Earth. Did you use a dryer sheet to make the sparkly paper? Saw a tutorial on that recently and looks similar!
ReplyDeleteNo, I stamped the tree, cut it out with the oval die and then smooshed Versa Mark all over the oval. Then I embossed it with Iridescent Embossing Powder. The picture doesn't do it justice. I'll have to look up that dryer sheet technique. I like learning new things.
DeleteBeautiful, dear friend! Your creativity is amazing. But then, I recognized that years ago, right?! Love you!
