Here is Cherie's challenge to make a Missing You card using at least one circle and two banners. I know how much my daughter misses her husband when he is deployed. And now they have a little one. I'm sure plenty of our Heroes have kids they miss tremendously. So to fulfill the challenge, I created a card with 2 banners and not just one circle, but 12 circles. That's right, those are LEGOS! I hope some little person will love getting this card.

OWH - VCMP
Today is National Scrapbooking Day, so we OWHers are being "Rebels" and making cards for our Heroes to send home to their loved ones. Our first challenge comes from Our Daily Bread Designs and we are to make a "Missing You" card. Months ago I found an idea on Pinterest that shows how to use scraps to make a really easy and colorful card. By changing up the papers and sentiments, the possibilities go on and on.

OWH - Design Bootcamp - Now That's Odd
While using the Rule of Odds, I created a card with three flowers and three leaves.
Even the sentiment is made up of three words. The flowers were created with the Mixed Bunch stamp set from Stampin' Up. The leaves were punched from the Blossom Builder punch also from SU. You fold the leaves in half and then run through a crimper. It gives them a fun texture.
I learned about using odd numbers years ago in art classes in high school. It really does make a difference.
