OWH - Memorial Day Weekend Bloghop!


Welcome to the Operation Write Home Memorial Day Bloghop and thanks for visiting my blog.  We all like to hear "Thank You" and our Heroes like to thank those who support them too.  I chose sketch #126 to make a Thank You card for someone special.  And I want to express my thanks to all our Heroes for all they do for us and their families. 




The designer paper is from a Designer Mat Pad by K&Company (part of some blog candy I won during the 2012 Labor Day Weekend VCMP).  Cardstock is Whisper White and Early Espresso by SU.  Sentiment is Sincere Salutations also by SU.  Enjoy the bloghop and I hope it helps to get your creative juices flowing.

    Love the colors. The middle yellow/gold strip really pops the yellow/gold in the flowers. Really pretty card!

    These are MY colors. It's so fun to see the different interpretations and choices of sketches. I love the subtlety of all the elements, especially the flowers that are front and center but not in your face. Nice! Thanks for supporting OWH and participating in the hop.

    This is a terrific card! I like the stamped image panel with the sentiment stamped over top. It is a technique I often forget. I will put this one on my CASE list! Thank you for supporting OWH and have a great weekend!
